Who is responsible for your data

Master Shen Oracle (the “operator”) acts as the data controller for the personal information described in this policy. You can reach the operator at readings@mastershenoracle.com for any privacy-related question or request.

What I collect

• Your email address, when you write to me.
• Anything you choose to share in your message — the area of life on your mind, your question, or context you provide.
• Optional: your birth date and time, only if you choose to share them.
• Payment confirmations from PayPal (transaction ID, amount, payer name) for paid readings.

This website does not use analytics, advertising trackers, or cookies that identify you.

How I use it

Your information is used solely to read your situation, reply to you, and process payment for any reading you choose to purchase. It is not used for marketing, advertising, or any other purpose.

Why I'm allowed to use it (legal basis)

For readers in the EU, UK, or other regions with similar laws, the legal bases for processing your information are:

• Performance of a contract: when you write for a reading and when you pay for one, your information is processed in order to deliver the service you requested.
• Consent: any optional information you choose to share (such as your birth date or time) is processed only because you have voluntarily provided it. You can withdraw this consent at any time by emailing me.
• Legal obligation: payment and tax records are kept for as long as applicable tax and accounting rules require.

Who else sees it

A small number of service providers act as data processors on the operator's behalf:

• The email provider that hosts readings@mastershenoracle.com, which stores and delivers our correspondence.
• PayPal, which processes payments under its own privacy policy and handles refunds and disputes.
• The website hosting provider, which serves these pages but does not collect personal information from visitors (no analytics or advertising trackers are used).

Your information is not sold, traded, or shared with any other party.

International data transfers

Your information may be processed or stored in the country where the operator is based, or in the countries where the service providers above operate. If you are writing from the EU or UK, this means your information may be transferred outside your home region. Where this happens, the operator relies on the safeguards offered by these service providers (for example, PayPal's and major email providers' standard data protection terms) and keeps the data shared with them to the minimum needed to deliver the service.

How long I keep it

Reading correspondence is kept for up to twelve months after our last exchange, then deleted. Payment records are kept for the period required by applicable tax and accounting rules. You can request earlier deletion at any time.

Your rights

You can ask me, at any time, to:

• see what information I hold about you (access);
• correct anything that is wrong (rectification);
• delete your information (erasure);
• object to or restrict how I use it, where applicable;
• receive a copy in a portable format, where applicable (data portability);
• withdraw any consent you previously gave for optional information.

To make any of these requests, email readings@mastershenoracle.com with the subject line “Privacy request”. There is no charge, and I will respond within a reasonable period.

If you are based in the EU or UK and you believe your information has not been handled properly, you also have the right to lodge a complaint with your local data protection authority.

Children

This service is intended for adults. I do not knowingly collect information from anyone under 18.

Changes to this policy

If this policy is updated, the date at the top of the page will change. Material changes that affect existing readings will be communicated by email.
